3 Wellness Classes to Help You Stay Fit in 2018, Presented by OUE Skyspace L.A.

Keep your New Year's fitness resolution with help from our friends at OUE Skyspace L.A., one of the city's hottest event spaces, where you can zen out, take a pilates class, or meditate with other fitness aficionados now through February.

Skyspace_Yoga

For the first time, OUE Skyspace L.A. is hosting a guided meditation, taught by The DEN Meditation, which is set for sunrise (7 a.m.) on January 27. Not only will the meditation help reduce stress, but its proven to increase self-awareness, slow aging, and improve both cardiovascular and immune health. The 45-minute class is $30 and includes a ride on the venue's Skyslide.

Pilates

Strengthen your core with a few pilates lessons at OUE Skyspace L.A. The class, taught in partnership with Equinox, is an hour-long and helps participants focus on a variety of alignment techniques, while adding a blend of exercises that helps to increase your body's strength and flexibility. A $25 ticket gets you access to all four floors of the venue, and a Skyslide ride during the 7 a.m. class on January 31.

Indoor_Yoga

Come prepared for a spectacular view while taking this surreal yoga class in the sky on February 5. The 6:30 p.m. session, which costs $35, is taught by an Evoke yoga instructor, who gently guides participants through a plethora of yoga poses. Music will be provided by DJ Justin Henderson for this hour-long class.
