The luxurious Belvedere restaurant at the Peninsula Beverly Hills is hosting a three-course meal with items like a butternut squash risotto, creamed corn chowder and roasted apples. There will also be traditional Thanksgiving food like a free-range turkey with sage stuffing and buttermilk mashed potatoes. The Long Beach restaurant is offering a three-course dine-in menu. Starters include roasted butternut squash soup with créme fraiche or a Dungeness crab bisque. If you want to celebrate Thanksgiving but have dietary restrictions, Beelman’s in downtown Los Angeles is serving a vegan dinner on Thanksgiving Day from 5-10 p.m. Main dishes include a chickpea loaf with maple glaze and sides like curried sweet potato tots with mango chutney aioli. The best part of the meal are Beelman’s desserts. Guests can choose between an autumnal pumpkin pie with ginger and bruleé and bourbon or mint chocolate ice cream with deep fried Oreos. 600 S. The modern steakhouse is hosting a three-course menu with seasonal fare. For those who are not a fan of turkey, Bourbon Steak is cooking up a short rib wellington with roasted carrots, cipollini onion and celery root and an American filet. A roasted heritage turkey will be served as well. Starters like a smoked trout and baby Chioggia beets or lacinato kale and pomegranate with pears, pecans and blue cheese are so hearty they could be meals themselves. For those who’d rather have Thanksgiving at home but don’t feel like cooking, Little Dom’s is accepting orders for dinner. The to-go menu for the big day includes homemade fennel sausage and mushroom stuffing, shaved Brussels sprouts and plenty of desserts from pastry chef Ann Kirk.
