Spring Place Beverly Hills is thrilled to formally partner with Michelin Guide on a series of restaurant pop-ups with Michelin Guide Starred chefs. Spring Place has spent the past three years focused on bringing the very best in global culinary to their New York City location with collaborations with brands such as Caviar Kaspia, Coya and more and is excited to continue to do so at their Los Angeles location.
Through the remainder of the year, Spring Place Beverly Hills will host four Michelin x Spring Place pop-up events, each a week-long culinary collaboration, featuring chefs hailing from all over the state of California. Each event will feature one anchor chef, and three additional chefs in rotation, working together to create dishes. The first Michelin x Spring Place event kicks-off on Monday, June 24th and is not to be missed.
The anchor chef of the pop-up will be Melissa Perello, the executive chef of Octavia in San Francisco. The supporting Michelin starred chefs will be Josef Centeno of Orsa and Winston on June 24 and 25, Kevin Meehan of Kali on June 26 and 27. Finally, Kim Alter of Nightbird, the Bib Gourmand recipient and rising star for 2018 as well as James Beard finalist for Best Chef in the West, will close out the pop-up on June 28 and 29.
