Who: Laguna natives and lifelong surfers Bret Englander, Nick Sheridan and Dan Wacholder are the creative talents behind Cerno, a high-concept lighting firm celebrating its 10th anniversary. “We are proud of what we’ve built and are excited to improve as craftspeople and ethical business owners.”
Light Bright: “Lightopia (2001 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Manhattan Beach) showcases the best lighting designs and was the first to display Cerno.”
Dine by Design: “Designed by Robert McKinley, Hotel Joaquin (985 N. Coast Highway, Laguna Beach) is fresh, modern and understated.”
Mixology Must: “For a cocktail, we get to The Saloon (446 S. Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, 949.494.5469)—Laguna’s version of Cheers!”
Culture Klatch: “We love the Laguna Art Museum (307 Cliff Drive, Laguna Beach). Despite the changes over the years, Laguna is still a group of surfers and artists, passionate about where we live.”
