While Rihanna fans wait desperately for a new album, the superstar continues to dip her toes in other ventures, from makeup and clothing to real estate. Her latest offer? A gorgeous 5,909-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills, available to rent for $80,000 a month.
Besides giving you the chance to call Rihanna your landlord, the stunning property boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms and two half-baths. Located in the scenic Beverly Hills neighborhood of Coldwater Canyon, it offers a month-long mountain getaway minutes from Sunset Boulevard and the Beverly Hills Hotel. It's also exceedingly private, hidden from the sight of passersby, guarded by scenic gates and hedges that enclose the property.
The listing is managed by James Hadid of The Agency and promises “brand new construction built to cozy perfection.” It blends contemporary and traditional style in a black and white palette, giving the home a modern farmhouse feel at the exterior, while the inside screams marble-drenched luxury.
Enter from the private cul-de-sac into the opulence of the modern, open floor plan. Upon entering the foyer, guests can see the living room that holds a fireplace and a floor-to-ceiling glass door that opens into the backyard, as well as a bar area and cozy family room with bookshelves and other fireplace.

The kitchen is a modern marble-clad stunner lifted straight out of a Martha Stewart special, offering dual islands and the standard high-end cooking appliances. Those not cooking can sit at the breakfast banquette and nook, with black leather seating that offers a prime experience.

Rihanna is no stranger to the renters’ market. She previously listed properties in 2018 and 2019, including a West Hollywood Compound starting at $16,500 a month, and a Hollywood Hills home with six bedrooms and ten baths starting at $35,000 a month, respectively. This latest venture is her most expensive, and in one of the most gorgeous California neighborhoods. Paul McCartney and Rihanna are right down the street, so it's easy to understand the price tag on the sunny property.
Of course, if it should rain, perhaps your landlord will allow you to stand under her "Umbrella."
