Pearl Jam is set to return to the Kia Forum in May to kick off the North American leg of the Dark Matter World Tour 2024. Read on for everything you need to know about attending the show.
The Basics
The concerts will take place at the Inglewood arena on May 21 and 22. Joining the infamous rock band is alternative indie group Deep Sea Diver. The shows are expected to start at 7:30 p.m.
Bag Policy
To ensure safety, the Kia Forum enforces a clear bag policy. Not only is it mandatory that your bag is transparent, but it should also be no larger than 12”x 6”x 12”. If you don't happen to have a clear bag, a gallon-sized plastic bag will do the trick. A small clutch or wristlet sized 9” by 6” is also allowed and doesn't need to be clear. Given that the Forum is a cashless venue, be sure to bring a digital or card form of payment like a credit card or Apple Pay.
Parking
For your convenience, it is recommended to reserve parking before the concert. General parking is priced at $45 for the night. You can also opt to carpool, take a ride share or use public transportation if you want to avoid the inevitable post-concert traffic.
Where to Eat
Get ready for a night of glorious rock by entering the arena with a satisfied appetitie. In particular, consider stopping by Post and Beam before the 7:30 p.m. start time. With a cozy, warm-hued dining room and delicious eats such as the wild mushroom, garlic confit, arugula and fresh mozzarella pizza, you're in great hands. If you happen to be running late, the outdoor terrace at the Forum has plenty of food and beverage options from well-loved joints around the Los Angeles area. What to Expect
Prepare to rock out all night to iconic hits and lengthy sets. Known for their innate, artistic ability to connect with fans on stage through powerful instrumentals and Eddie Vedder’s emotive vocals, this performance is sure to be no different. Kicking off the show, “Wash” is likely the opening song, followed by “Low Light.” Songs like “Alive,” “Yellow LedBetter” and “Do the Evolution” will also presumably be featured. Keep an eye out for their cover of Tom Petty’s “I Won’t Back Down” and much more.
