The New York Times bestselling book Nine Perfect Strangers by Liane Moriarty, and now a Hulu original TV show, perfectly encapsulates this premise.
In the show, nine "perfect" strangers come together to attend a 10-day retreat at a health and wellness center with the goal of transforming their minds and healing their pasts. The owner of the retreat, Masha, works with these nine people to bring life back into these stressed individuals. Throughout their journey to enlightenment, there are unexpected turns waiting for the characters at every corner.
