LeBron James is looking to score a big win and a buyer for his Los Angeles mansion, listed now for $20.5 million.
According to a report by Mansion Global, the traditional-style, 6-bedroom homee is set in the city’s Brentwood neighborhood. Hidden behind towering redwoods and hedges, the property offers privacy and quietude to the City of Angels’ jet set. The star purchased the gated estate for $21 million through a limited liability company in 2015.
The listing is represented by David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and it promises future residents will be enveloped in “quality and elegance.”
Spanning 9,400-square-feet, the home is decked out with luxurious amenities. It boasts two family rooms, a lap pool and spa, a pool-side cabana, resort-like grounds, and in true basketball fashion, a basketball net at the end of the driveway. It also features high-end amenities, from a paneled library and gym to an elevator, media room and “sumptuous” primary bedroom suite with a sitting room and terrace.

The basketball player is a high-end real estate pro. The 36-year-old sports icon acquired a $36.75 million mansion in Beverly Hills last year. The Southern California property previously belonged to the late Lee Phillip Bell, co-creator of the TV soap opera The Young and the Restless and its spinoff The Bold and the Beautiful. The 9,100--square-foot, single-story mansion features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide away to the lawn beyond and offer panoramic views of the city. Tucked beyond a wrought-iron gate and a romantic fountain courtyard lined with palm trees, that estate includes a lighted tennis court, a pool and a screening room.
James is also the owner of another Brentwood property which he purchased for $23 million in 2017. The home includes eight bedrooms, nine-and-a-half bathrooms and luxury amenities, from an indoor-outdoor gym with a spa and steam room, to a sauna, massage room and a gallery for displaying cars. It also boasts entertainment spaces, a wine cellar, a cigar room, a bar with an onyx countertop, billiards room, a home theater and a guest suite.
The four-time NBA champion plays for the Lakers since 2018 and previously worked with the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Miami Heat. Learn more about his latest listing and see pictures of the home via Mansion Global.
