One of the most talented and successful pop icons on earth celebrated the launch of her exclusive and decadent Rosé wines at the Goodtime Hotel In Miami on June 10.

Kylie Minogue, the Australian Grammy winner and star of the hit single "Magic," had fans "Spinning Around" as she celebrated in a Sunset Disco at Strawberry Moon at The Goodtime Hotel, the launch of her Côtes de Provence Cru Classé Rosé and Prosecco Rosé.
David Grutman accompanied the singer as she introduced the wines at a private cabana. Miami is one of the cities where the star has introduced her wines to the American market following the success of her wines in the United Kingdom. She has also appeared in New York and Los Angeles.

What inspired you to launch three Rosé wines, and how do they align with your personality ?
Kylie Minogue: In 2017 I was in Nashville recording my album, ‘Golden'. It was peak Summer and, as Nashville sessions are kind of ‘business hours’, it meant I did a lot of al-fresco dining in the evenings. A glass of rosé was the perfect part of these lovely meals and one particular night, I was holding a glass of rosé and the way the light danced through it was so pretty that I said ‘I’d love to have my own rosé one day’.
I was in such a happy, creative period writing and recording. I felt relaxed and inspired and now that I think back, it was like a vision in that moment. Happy memories! Three years later that vision came to life and it’s been such a fun and rewarding journey discovering the world of wine.
Someone asked me recently if each wine had to relate to one of your songs what would they be and between the two of us we came up with: The Côtes de Provence Rosé: Slow, The Signature Rosé: All The Lovers and The Prosecco Rosé - Can’t Get You Out of My Head. I needed help with them, hah!
What are the main differences between your Côtes de Provence, Signature Rosé and Prosecco Rosé?
Kylie Minogue: The Signature Rosé is fantastically accessible. Here is where the Wines by Kylie Minogue story began and we went to great lengths to have the best quality for price point in this bottle. People fell in love with the idea and then they fell in love with the wine and I am so happy that we were able to achieve that. It is bright and expressive and has a beautiful balance of fruit and acidity. It is super refreshing and has a lovely silky finish. The grapes are sourced from the beautiful sun drenched southern coast of France where the cool sea breeze helps keep the grapes in optimum health and makes for wonderful possibilities with the flavour profile of the wine.
The Côtes de Provence Rosé, part of ’The Collection’ range, is from the heart of Provence and has all the character you would expect. It is refreshing, with a more expansive expression, slightly creamier feel with a lovely saline edge. This is more a special occasion wine or when you want to treat yourself!
The Prosecco Rosé is produced in Veneto, Italy. It is made by Zonin who are a family company with a lineage in fine Prosecco! It is elegant, fruit forward with notes of fresh strawberries, rasberries and blossom. Made in the Charmat fermentation method, it has a gorgeous fine and smooth mousse which feels lovely. It is perfect for pre-dinner drinks or for celebrations and gatherings!
They are three different examples of rosé but the similarities are that they are all bright, expressive, textured and moreish!
Out of all your wines, which one is your favorite and why?
Kylie Minigue: It’s like asking me my favourite song! Very difficult to choose. I will always be so proud of the first wine in the Kylie Minogue Wines portfolio, the Signature Rosé but, I love them all. The most recent glass I had (last night!) was the Côtes de Provence with my band and team after a gig.

Kylie Minogue: I had such an amazing welcome to Miami to launch the range so I’m thrilled that the wines are available to purchase in Miami at Total Wines & More, on-line at Wine.com and pouring at The Goodtime Hotel. Miami is the perfect place to dive into Rosé!!
Are you currently working on new music? What can we expect?
Kylie Minogue: Yes! I’m so excited to be back in the studio and creating new music. This is always a really fun stage where you have an open book and a blank page. Creativity is such a thrill, a challenge and a tonic so I just can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings.
