The Kia Forum kicks off October with a two-night run from country star Kacey Musgraves. Read on for everything you need to know about her upcoming performances.
The Basics
Kacey Musgraves will bring the Deeper Well World Tour to Los Angeles on Oct. 3 and 4 at the Kia Forum. Music starts at 7:30 with openers Nickel Creek and Father John Misty.
Bag Policy
Enforcing a clear bag policy, the Kia Forum allows clear bags sized up to 12” x 6” and non-clear wristlets/clutches that are sized up to 9” x 6.” You can also opt for a gallon-sized plastic bag. Also, leave your cash at home; the venue only accepts digital and card forms of payment.
Arrival
Download your tickets from Ticketmaster to your digital wallet for easy entry before leaving home. Then, decide if you’ll get to the show by driving, rideshare service or public transit.. If you drive, buy a parking pass now or arrive early to search nearby, but offsite surface lots. Meanwhile, if you opt for the LA Metro Bus Lines, take the 211/215 to the Prairie/Manchester or Prairie/Kelso stops. Lastly, if you take Uber, Alto or Lyft, be sure to head for the dedicated ride-share pick-up/drop-off lot located at lot H.
Where to Eat
You can find plenty to eat and drink at the terrace at the Forum, which opens at 5 p.m. However, Inglewood and its nearby neighborhoods have a bunch of great restaurants if you prefer a full dinner before the concert. What to Expect
At recent shows on the U.S. leg of the Deeper Well World Tour, Musgraves has hit the stage around 9:30 p.m. for a 20 to 21 song set that features much of her current album, but also peppers in fan-favorite tracks for across her career. There’s the occasional cover like of Sza’s “Kill Bill” and Chappell Roan’s “Pink Pony Club,” but fans can get excited about hearing “Cardinal,” “Deeper Well” and “Jade Green” live for the first time. Additionally, Musgraves sings “Happy & Sad,” “Follow Your Arrow,” “Space Cowboy” and “Rainbow, among others.
