McConnell's Fine Ice Creams x Jon & Vinny’s have a brand new Fall Flavor Collab, Mapled Squash & Ginger Cookies, which launched nationally earlier this month.
Award-winning chefs and restaurateurs Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo are long-time fans of McConnell’s for their straight-forward flavors and authenticity. And the feeling is mutual, as McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams owners Michael Palmer and Eva Ein have long had a food crush on Jon & Vinny. The brands go so well together, you can even find McConnell’s alongside Jon & Vinny’s dishes on select Delta Airlines flights.
Through their admiration and collaboration over the years, they’ve become great friends. In the spirit of Fall, they came together to churn out a delicious new ice cream flavor that is nothing short of incredible.
Introducing the Fall sweet treat of your dreams, Mapled Squash & Ginger Cookies! A melding of roasted kabocha squash, caramelized to perfection and pureed with a dash of maple syrup, then paired alongside homemade buttery, slightly spicy, ginger cookies. It’s a sweet & savory ode to fall.
