Jennifer Aniston to Launch First Beauty Line

When you look as good as Jennifer Aniston, it’s only right that you do the rest of the world a service and launch a beauty line.

The Friends actress hinted at the launch of LolaVie on Instagram.

“Something’s coming,” she captioned the post with a hush emoji.

The carousel features two images of Aniston. In the first, she is walking onto the set of a studio shoot, her back turned to the cameras— the one that took the photo and the one filming her for what could possibly be an advertisement for LolaVie. The second image is much more relaxed: Aniston interlaces her fingers to support the back of her head, lounging.

The Lolavie Instagram, which launched less than 24 hours ago, announced the line will be available on Sept. 8. All three of its posts are captioned with the release date.

In addition to an image of Aniston, it also features a vase with bamboo on a stack of books and a purposefully blurred, black and white product bottle stamped with the Lolavie label.

Not much else is known about Aniston’s first beauty brand. For now, the website allows users to sign up for emails to be the first to know about launch updates. Along with the slogan “Naturally You,” the website design suggests LolaVie will offer non-toxic products. Set to a white background, one beaker sprouts a bamboo shoot, similar to the brand’s introductory post on Instagram.

LolaVie is also the name of the perfume she released in 2010.

According to Women’s Wear Daily, a trademark was filed for LolaVie in July 2019. The application detailed beauty products, including “lotions for face and body, non-medicated soaps for face and body, non-medicated preparations for care of the skin, bath gel, deodorant and hair care preparations.”

With this new business venture, Aniston is putting to use her decades of on-set experience in a makeup chair and knowledge from her long list of beauty and wellness partnerships. Her brand ambassador resume includes SmartWater, Vital Proteins, Aveeno, Living Proof and L’Oreal. Fingers crossed LolaVie also includes a product that can bring us one step closer to achieving Aniston’s infamous glossy hair.
