Janet Jackson will bring her Together Again Summer 2024 tour to the Kia Forum on June 8. With venue doors opening at 7 p.m. and the show starting at 8 p.m., special guest Nelly will warm up the stage.
If your belongings take up more space than your pockets or 9”x 6” clutch or wristlet, be sure you have a clear bag that is no bigger than 12”x 6”x 12”. A gallon-sized plastic bag also works. Additionally, you can leave cash out of your lineup of belongings in your bag. The Forum is a cashless venue.
Before leaving the house, be sure you have downloaded your tickets to your digital wallet for a smooth entry. Then, decide whether you will drive, take public transit or rideshare. If you drive, you can buy a parking pass now or arrive early to search nearby, but offsite surface lots. On the other hand, if you opt for the LA Metro Bus Lines, take the 211/215 to the Prairie/Manchester or Prairie/Kelso stops. And if you’re arriving via Uber or Lyft, be sure to head for the dedicated ride-share pick-up/drop-off lot located at lot H.
The terrace at the Forum is dotted with concessions and opens as early as 5 p.m., making it easy to kick back and relax ahead of show time. However, with the abundance of great eateries near the venue, you can allot your extra time to enjoying a glass of wine at 1010 Wine & Events, Mexican cuisine at Calo Kitchen or a savory feast at Dulan’s Soul Food Kitchen, among others. The returning leg of Jackson’s Together Again tour doesn’t kick off until June 4, so we have yet to know what her setlist will look like. However, based on recent shows in Hawaii and Japan, the concert is divided up into multiple parts that run nearly 40 songs. As implied with the tour name, you’ll hear her track “Together Again,” but you can also plan for hits and fan favorites like “Rhythm Nation,” “Nasty,” “Miss You So Much” and more. Like Jackson herself, get ready for a night of fun and lots of dancing.
