The Pump-Tini is a crowd-pleaser at Pump, and it makes for a great holiday party drink, too, thanks to a rich raspberry flavor and an unexpected citrus kick.

What You’ll Need:

3 raspberries
¾ ounce of simple syrup
2 ounces of Vanderpump Vodka
¾ ounce of Pavan liqueur
¾ ounce of grapefruit juice
¾ ounce of lime juice
1 raspberry or lime wedge for garnishing

How to Make It:

Begin by muddling three raspberries and simple syrup in a shaker. Next, add in the Vanderpump Vodka, Pavan liqueur, fresh grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Then, add ice and shake vigorously before straining the drink into a martini glass. Add sugar around the rim of the glass and finish by garnishing the drink with a raspberry or a lime wedge.

A delicious mix of bobal and grenache grapes makes the LVP Sangria a staple at Pump. The best part? There’s no recipe needed. Simply pour over ice straight from the bottle. Then, add some fresh berries and mint for a fancy touch.

The Pink Fizz

If you don’t want to sip the LVP Sangria straight up like Lawrence and her girlfriends did, take it up a notch by using it to whip up Pump’s Pink Fizz cocktail instead. The easy-to-make treat boasts a delicious medley of flavors—frozen raspberries, lemon, and rosé Champagne—that’s perfect for toasting with during the holidays.

What You’ll Need:

2 frozen raspberries
2 ounces of chilled LVP Pink Sangria
½ of a lemon
2 ounces of chilled rosé Champagne
Lemon twist

How to Make It:

Place the frozen raspberries into a Champagne coupe. Then, pour in the Pink Sangria. Squeeze half of a lemon into the drink and stir. Top it all off with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
