How I Met Your Father is a reboot of the ever-popular television show, How I Met Your Mother, a classic sitcom loved by many. The new Hulu show follows the life of Sophie (Hilary Duff) through the voice of her in the future (Kim Cattrall) telling her children how she met their father. Navigating the ins and outs of life in the big city in 2022, the show follows Sophie on her journey to love while also touching on the struggles of being an artist living in New York. Bringing a touch of nostalgia to fans of How I Met Your Mother while still shedding some light on real-life issues, this show has it all.
To celebrate the release of the show's final episode, the immersive pop-up will feature the 42nd Street Subway entrance, the Brownstone exterior of the friends building and the group's apartments. Guests at the pop-up will also get the opportunity to buy exclusive on-theme mementos. Fans will be catapulted right into the lives of their favorite NYC characters right in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles.
Hillary Duff fans know just how big of a deal this show is. After the cancelation of the Lizzie McGuire reboot, it was exciting as ever to know Duff was still set to return to the silver screen following last year's end of Younger, on which she portrayed Kelsey Peters for seven seasons.
How I Met Your Father shines through upbeat, happy-go-lucky main character. As Sophie, Duff has a captivating presence on the screen and adds a light feel to the debut season of How I Met Your Father. The stars truly aligned for the reboot of this classic.
