On Saturday, March 9, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Helms Bakery District hosts Short Films Walk: LA, a day of complimentary screenings of over 24 short films on architecture and design. Pop into any of the eight participating showrooms, including Arcana: Books on the Arts, Danish Design Store, H.D. Buttercup, Louis Poulsen, Rejuvenation, Room & Board, Scandinavian Designs, and Vitra to experience a unique program of films curated by the Architecture & Design Film Festival.
SFW: LA concludes with a feature length screening of Renzo Piano: The Architect of Light at 5:30 p.m., followed by a conversation with award-winning journalist, Edward Lifson and director of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Kerry Brougher.
