Linda Belcher in Bob's Burgers Season 12 Episode 9: "FOMO You Didn't."
There’s the moms that act like your best friend, moms that can be overcontrolling at times and moms that are a nervous wreck. No matter what type of mother, television has portrayed them all. There are so many TV moms out there that we love, but these are 10 of our favorites who go above and beyond for their families.
Linda loves to dance, come up with wild ideas and she’ll never turn down a glass of wine. Nonetheless, she is always there to show her children how to live life to the fullest and be their authentic selves. She's not a regular mom, she's a cool mom.
No matter how underappreciated Kitty’s kids could sometimes make her feel, she was there for them and anyone who needed her no matter what. Working as a nurse, treating Hyde as if he were her own and letting her house be the main hang-out spot, Kitty was a superstar mom who had endless amounts of love running through her bones.
Have you ever met someone in real life who talks as much as Lorelai Gilmore? We haven’t either, but we still adore her and the best friend relationship between her and her daughter Rory. Although she’s not the golden parent, Lorelai is the mother that makes you feel like you deserve the world and can achieve anything you set your mind to, which makes her the ultimate mom. Better yet, she’s always down for movie nights and junk food.
Fueled by the physical comedy and sharp tongue of Jackée Harry, the riotous Lisa Landry was the perfect parental foil to the practical Ray Campbell. In their unconventional family, she brought high-energy care and laughter to lives of twins Tia and Tamera.
Let’s face it: we all wish we had a Tami Taylor in our lives growing up. She wasn’t only the mother to Julie and Gracie, but a mother figure toward all the students in Dillon, Texas, even if they didn’t necessarily want her to be. We praise her for being a compassionate, patient woman who also didn't not put up with nonsense and knows what she wants. Moral of the story is: don’t mess with Tami Taylor.
Some people may call Joyce Byers crazy, but we call it love and perseverance. If traveling to a parallel universe, communicating with her son through Christmas lights and going against terrifying monsters doesn’t show you what kind of a mother Joyce is, we’re not sure what will.

Frankie may be one of the most relatable moms out there on television. Dealing with misfit Axl, unusual Brick and eager Sue on top of struggling with finances can sometimes be exhausting to watch, but Frankie never crumbles. She may have to manage her stress with hidden desserts throughout the house, but hey, whatever keeps her sane.
We should be envious of Carol for setting the mom bar so high back in the 1970s, but we’re more just in awe. Carol juggled taking care of six kids while being a freelance writer, sculptor and singer. She even organized plays and PTA events. When did she have time to take a shower?
Theresa didn’t just have to deal with the usual teenage kid drama, she had to deal with teenage kids with magical powers— a mother’s worst nightmare. Although her kids were technically more powerful than her with their wizard magic, when Theresa put her foot down, everyone listened.
While Daenerys never had human children, she had her work cut out for her having to care for her three dragon children. Daenerys did everything to protect her dragons as a mother would for her own children, and for that she was one of the most beloved characters in Game of Thrones.
