Some of the best holiday movies are just pure nostalgia indulgences. Join me as I take a trip down memory lane and watch some of the best Christmas movies on Disney Plus.
In an attempt to see what is on his roof, Scott Calvin (Tim Allen) accidentally causes Santa Claus to fall off. All that is left is a business card, his iconic big red suit and a strange feeling in Scott’s heart. Suddenly, the divorced father magically turns into Santa Claus, leaving him with a lot of unanswered questions.
When the McAllister family left for their Christmas vacation, Kate (Catherine O'Hara) realized that she was missing one important thing: her eight-year-old son Kevin (Macaulay Culkin). While alone, Kevin realizes that two home invaders are targeting his house, so in an attempt to protect it, he sets up a series of booby traps to catch the bad guys.
Nick Kringle (Bill Hader) is all set to take over his father’s Santa Claus position. However, when he starts to get nervous about the upcoming holiday, his sister, Noelle (Anna Kendrick), recommends that he should take two days off. Unfortunately, Nick disappears, and with Christmas Eve quickly approaching, Noelle must save the day and bring her brother back home.
When Jack Skellington, the king of Halloweentown, attempts to bring Christmas spirit to his home, chaos erupts. You definitely will have to watch this nostalgic Tim Burton film full of catchy songs and wonder that the whole family will love.
Ernest P. Worrell (Jim Varney) is back, and is here to save Christmas. In this hilarious film, there is nothing Ernest won't do to get Santa Claus (Douglas Seale) back to the North Pole.
