Kerry Washington walks the red carpet at the 2022 SAG Awards in Santa Monica, Calif.
On Feb. 27, the Screen Actors Guild Awards honored outstanding performances in film and TV, namely celebrating Ted Lasso, Coda, Succession and Squid Game. And while great performances were at everyone’s top of mind over the course of the evening, we think what went down on the red carpet is just as important. From Lady Gaga to Jeremy strong, check out the best dressed of the 28th annual SAG Awards.
The multi-hyphenate star went classic Hollywood glam with blonde waves, an embellished silver collar, and white column Armani gown with silver-gold embellishments. Gaga may not have nabbed a statue for her House of Gucci performance, but her showing on the red carpet was near unbeatable.
Selena Gomez
It’s always a special moment to catch the 29-year-old actress on a red carpet. The beauty guru donned her own makeup line and rounded out the look with a black velvet gown by Oscar de la Renta and jewelry from Bulgari, including a snake-clasped, diamond-encrusted choker.
Kid Cudi
Scott Mescudi is always pushing the boundaries of fashion and this time was no different with a multi-layered ensemble of black-and-white that explodes at the floor with multi-color Nikes.
Jean Smart
Looks like someone else got the bountiful sleeves memo. The Hacks star went full-on regal in a maroon long-sleeved gown by Cristian Siriano.
Jeremy Strong
Colored velvet suits have been a big trend for men over the last few awards shows and the Succession star kept the look in the running. A handsome, delicate take on the classic suit, Strong was polished in his velvet pink look complete with a silver bow tie.
Vanessa Hudgens
The Tick, Tick… Boom! actress stunned in a satin seafoam Versace gown. Looking like a mermaid turned starlet, Hudgen completed the look with gold accessories, including a gold clutch and pair of heels.
Kerry Washington
Under the eye of genius stylist Law Roach, Washington turned heads in an exquisitely yellow gown from Celia Kritharioti’s SS22 Couture Collection. The look also featured shoes by Stuart Weitzman and Messika Jewelry.
