Dante Beverly Hills

Cosmo—and mojito—lovers need to try Dante’s “Cosmojito,” one of the restaurant’s signature cocktails. The exciting mash-up of flavors includes Grey Goose L’orange, cranberry, lime, mint, Cointreau and a dash of perrier for a refreshing take on the two classics.

Catch Steak LA

Catch Steak’s trendy West Hollywood locale is only open for dinner, but the cocktails are a reason to visit alone. The bar created a fun twist on the vodka-cranberry-based drink called the “Cos’mo Problems,” adding Lustau Amontillado, strawberry and whey into the mix, almost mimicking a clarified milk punch with a velvety feel.

Élephante

This Santa Monica staple is known for its beautiful beach views and delicious Italian dishes like the spicy vodka pasta, but the drinks are well worth a mention. The Cosmopolitan from the cocktails section is a classic for a reason: a perfect blend of tart cranberry, sweet Cointreau and Haku vodka, a subtle Japanese spirit.

Employees Only

With a menu of seasonal and classic cocktails, Employees Only regulars know that the off-menu drinks are just as good. Ask one of the bartenders for a Cosmo, and you won’t be disappointed—especially with a wide array of vodkas to choose from!

Gigi’s

Hollywood’s chic French eatery, Gigi’s, serves raw bar favorites, hors d’oeuvres, European-inspired entrees and a selection of sophisticated cocktails. The Gigi’s Cosmopolitan switches up the original recipe by swapping cranberries for raspberries and a touch of rose water. J’adore!

Il Pastaio

Pizza, pasta and Cosmopolitans—what could be better? For over 30 years, Il Pastaio has continued to amaze the Beverly Hills community with quality cuisine and cocktails. On your next trip in, order their Cosmopolitan, staying true to tradition with vodka, Cointreau, cranberry and fresh lime.

Jemma di Mare

Jemma di Mare’s selection of cocktails, from martinis to negronis, are all great choices, but the off-menu Cosmopolitan is the perfect balance of sweet, citrusy and sippable. Pair your drink with one of the many fresh seafood entrees for a fabulous night out on the Westside.

Katsuya Brentwood

Katsuya’s cult-like following brings guests in from near and far for spicy tuna crispy rice, wagyu and sushi rolls. But a round of drinks is a must, especially for Cosmo connoisseurs. The White Grapefruit Cosmo, with Nikka Coffey vodka and grapefruit, is a citrus-forward cocktail that artfully reinvents the original recipe.
