Last year, Compartes’ avocado bar was a sell-out runaway hit. This year the bar already has a waiting list, (yes, a waiting list for a Chocolate bar) as the Willy-Wonka-esque bar is limited edition! This year’s bar is an even more elevated reincarnation from the mastermind behind all things chocolate, founder and owner Jonathan Grahm. Think peak avocado freshness combined with Compartes signature chocolate with a crunch for the first time! Sweet ripe avocado chunks combine perfectly with white chocolate and handmade salted corn tortilla chips are then tossed into this delicious heavenly batter with a pinch of sea salt.
The bar launches on Wednesday, July 31 and will be available online for shipping nationwide and select retailers. The sweet and salty bar looks as good as it tastes: design featuring hand-drawn Avocados on a tortilla chip colored background on Compartes-designed packaging by founder, Grahm. This limited edition bar only happens once a year, so you need to get on it fast!
