The S Bar, tucked inside the original Katsuya, is a steamy cocktail lounge known for its refined mixology and unbeatable atmosphere. In tribute to two of this year’s Oscar nominees for Best Picture, the S Bar will join the festivities by serving creations inspired by Barbie and Oppenheimer. Step foot inside the Barbie Dreamhouse with “Hi Barbie” enlivened by notes of hibiscus, lemon, Sake, Rosé and an accent of dragon fruit. What’s more, the gravity of J. Robert Oppenheimer’s top-secret program is emulated in the “The Manhattan Project.” Sophisticated notes of rich warm vanilla, caramel and oak from the bourbon whiskey coupled with Amaro Nonino’s cinnamon and bitter orange come together to make an exploding burst of flavors.
