Effervescence Festival Celebrates All Things Sparkling

During May 3 - 5, winemakers from around the world, their importers, an exceptional team of sommeliers and Los Angeles' own star chefs Walter Manzke, Casey Lane & Kevin Meehan all teamed up for Effervescence 2018, America's ode to all things sparkling. Lectures and master classes were held at the Kimpton La Peer Hotel, and restaurants around town hosted lavish events for fans of the bubbly, including the “Billecart-Salmon Collector Champagne Luncheon” at République and “An Evening of Pleasure: Krug x Vinyl” at Kali Restaurant. In case you missed it, don’t fret; planning for Effervescence 2019 is already underway.
